It has been another rough year in Haiti but there is still so much to celebrate this holiday season. As we draw nearer to Christmas we are preparing to bring love and fun to the kids at Travay Bondye. These amazing children deserve a special Christmas celebration and you can help us send love and festivities their way!
We will be purchasing age-appropriate gifts in Haiti and sending funds to cover Christmas celebrations and food. If we have any overage after gifts/parties, we will be setting up a game room that the kids can use in their free time! Beyond that, we have a need for new beds, bedding, and paint. Room refreshes will follow if funds allow. Below is an idea of what can be purchased at various price points. Ideally, each child receives a special item and a basic need (i.e. soccer ball and new tennis shoes). Our goal is to raise a minimum of $50 per child to purchase a gift and cover parties but all donations are appreciated, and every child will receive a gift. We will be putting together small gift bags with “stockings” and will purchase all other gifts in-country.
